Seen from the road, found on the lot
Dealerships and auto shops are usually on busy roads, where drivers pass at speed. Your main sign needs to be big, high and lit so people can read it in time to turn in. Once they're on the lot, they need to find sales, service and parts without wandering around the lot looking for a door.
We built a lit ground sign for Bimmer Performance Center and installed a new cabinet face for Mira Auto Sales, and we have made banners for dealer events and windshields. Pylon, cabinet and monument signs, service drive signs, banners and flags all come from the same shop, with the permit and installation included.
Offers and inventory change constantly on a lot, so the permanent signs are built to last and the temporary ones to swap. A new banner or windshield sign can be ready in a few business days without touching the main sign.
Signs dealers and auto shops usually need

Pylon and pole signs
A tall sign near the road that drivers can read well before your entrance.
Cabinet signs
Lit boxes with replaceable faces. When your name or brand changes, you replace the face, not the whole sign.
Lit monument signs
A ground sign at the entrance, lit from inside, so the turn is easy to spot after dark.
Building and service signs
Letters on the showroom and clear signs for sales, service drive, parts and customer parking.
Banners and flags
Sale banners, windshield banners and feather flags that move in the wind and catch eyes from the road.
How a dealership sign project works

Design
You get a drawing of the sign on your building or site, with materials, colors and lighting worked out.
Permits
We prepare the site plans and drawings and handle the permit with the City of Raleigh or your town.
Build
The sign is made from commercial-grade materials chosen for North Carolina weather.
Install
Our crew sets foundations, runs electrical for lit signs and leaves the site clean.
Dealership sign questions
How tall can our pylon sign be?
That depends on your town and zoning district. Height and sign area limits vary a lot across the Triangle. We look up the rules for your property before design so the sign is as big as it is allowed to be.
We are a franchise dealer. Do we have to use the brand sign program?
Many manufacturers require dealers to follow their sign standards for the main brand signs. Check with your brand rep. Independent lots, used car dealers and service shops can design whatever their town allows.
Can you replace just the face on our existing cabinet sign?
Yes. If the cabinet is in good shape, a new face is much cheaper than a new sign. We can also swap old lighting for LEDs at the same time.
Do you make feather flags and windshield banners?
Yes. Feather flags come with ground stakes or weighted bases, and we print banners for sales events, financing offers and windshields.
Can you repair a sign that was damaged?
Yes. We repair damaged cabinets and faces, replace dead LEDs and repaint faded signs.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in North Raleigh and work across the Triangle, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Garner, Morrisville and Fuquay-Varina.
