The sign sells the first meal
People pick a place to eat in a few seconds, often from a car. A lit sign tells them you're open and what kind of food to expect. Inside, your windows, walls and menu board carry the same look, so the place feels put together from the parking lot to the table.
We have made signs for Anise Pho, Alpaca, Element Gastropub, Bongiorno & Son, Shaba Shabu and Suede Lounge, among others. That includes lit letters, round blade signs, window graphics, murals and van graphics. We handle the landlord approval and the city permit so you can stay focused on the kitchen, the hiring and the opening.
Signs restaurants and bars usually need

Channel letters and lit logos
Your name in lit letters on the front of the building, readable from across the lot or down the block.

Blade and projecting signs
A sign that sticks out from the wall, so people walking the sidewalk see you before they reach your door.

Neon and LED neon
The glow that suits a bar or lounge. LED neon gives the same look with less power and less upkeep.

Window graphics
Your logo, hours and specials on the glass. Frosted film adds privacy for diners by the window.

Murals and wall graphics
Printed or painted walls that give the dining room a personality and a spot people like to photograph.
Banners for openings
Coming Soon, Grand Opening and Now Hiring banners for the weeks before and after you open.

Restaurant sign questions
How early should we order our sign before opening?
As soon as your lease is signed. Lit signs usually take 4 to 8 weeks from design approval, and the permit is the part that varies most. A banner can cover the front while the permanent sign is being made.
Should we get real neon or LED neon?
Glass neon has a warm, classic glow but uses more power and needs more care. LED neon gives a very close look, costs less to run and holds up better.
Can you make menu boards?
Yes. We make menu boards in clear acrylic and as printed wall panels. Tell us how often your menu changes and we will suggest a format that is easy to update.
Do we need landlord approval for a sign?
In almost every shopping center, yes. Most have written sign rules covering size, color and lighting. We work within them and get approval before anything is built.
Can you fix our existing sign?
Yes. We replace dead LEDs, convert old neon and fluorescent signs to LED, and replace faded or broken faces.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in North Raleigh and work across the Triangle, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Garner, Morrisville and Fuquay-Varina.
