Big buildings need clear signs
Warehouses and industrial buildings often look alike from the road, and a driver hunting for the right dock on a big site loses time. Your building sign, entrance signs and dock numbers keep trucks, visitors and staff moving to the right place. Safety and regulatory signs keep everyone out of the wrong one.
The front office matters too. We made the acrylic logo and world map walls in DHL's lobby, and a van wrap for Shelbourne Reynolds. Whether you need one building sign or a full set for a new site, we handle the design, the permit and the install, and we schedule the install with you.
Large sites also tend to grow. Once your sign standards are set, a new building letter set, another dock number or an extra entrance sign can be made to match what is already there.
Signs warehouses and industrial sites usually need
Building signs
Your name high on the building, lit or unlit, sized to read from the road and the truck entrance.

Lobby and office signs
A logo wall in the front office for visitors, clients and job candidates.
Wayfinding and dock signs
Entrance, visitor parking, shipping and receiving, and dock door numbers drivers can read from the cab.
Safety and regulatory signs
No smoking, fire safety, occupancy and other required signs in durable aluminum or PVC.
Post and panel signs
Ground signs at the driveway and site entrances, a good fit for business parks with several buildings.

Warehouse sign questions
How big should our building sign be?
Big enough to read from where drivers first see the building, and within your zoning limits. Wide setbacks and long driveways call for bigger letters. We work out the size during the site visit.
What material holds up best for outdoor safety and dock signs?
Aluminum is the usual choice outdoors because it does not rust or warp. PVC works well indoors and costs less.
Do the offices and restrooms in a warehouse need ADA signs?
Yes. Signs for permanent rooms like offices, restrooms, break rooms and stairwells need raised text and Braille under the ADA, even in an industrial building.
Can you put the same signs on several sites?
Yes. Once the designs are approved, we can make matching sets for each building you have in the Triangle.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Yes. We plan installs around your shifts and dock schedule.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in North Raleigh and work across the Triangle, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Garner, Morrisville and Fuquay-Varina.
