Guests should never have to ask where to go
Hotel signs have a long list of jobs. The sign outside has to be readable at highway speed and after dark. The entrance has to make the turn obvious. Inside, guests need to find the elevator, the breakfast room and the pool, and every guest room needs a number sign that works for someone who can't see it.
We design, permit, build and install all of it: lit building signs and monuments outside, ADA room signs, directories and directional signs inside. If you are a branded property, we work from your brand standards. If you are independent, we can help you settle on a look and use it on every sign.
What a hotel sign package covers
Lit building signs
Channel letters or lit cabinets high on the building, sized to be read from the road at night.
Pylon and monument signs
A tall pole sign near the highway or a monument at the driveway, so the turn is never a surprise.
Guest room and ADA signs
Room numbers, stairwell and elevator signs with raised text and Braille, mounted at the right height.
Directional signs
Hallway and elevator lobby signs that point to room ranges, meeting rooms, the pool and the fitness room.
Lobby signs
Your name or logo behind the front desk, in a finish that suits the lobby, including wood looks for boutique hotels.

Hotel sign questions
Do hotel room signs need Braille?
Yes. Guest room numbers, stairwells, elevators, restrooms and other permanent rooms need raised text and Braille under the ADA, mounted beside the latch side of the door at a set height.
We are a franchise. Can you follow our brand standards?
Yes. Send us the brand sign standards and we build to them. If the brand supplies some signs directly, we can make the rest so everything matches.
Can you replace room signs while the hotel is open?
Yes. We plan the work floor by floor around your occupancy, so the swap happens without closing rooms for long.
What makes a hotel sign readable from the highway?
Letter height, contrast and lighting. A sign read at highway speed needs much bigger letters than one read from a parking lot. We size the sign for the distance and speed it will be read at, then check it against your town sign rules.
Can you update an old exterior sign to LED?
Yes. We convert fluorescent and neon signs to LED, replace faded faces and repaint cabinets.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in North Raleigh and work across the Triangle, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Garner, Morrisville and Fuquay-Varina.
