For parents at the curb and kids in the hall
A daycare sign speaks to parents first. It should look clean, safe and easy to find at drop-off, when the line of cars is moving and nobody wants to miss the turn. A school has more to say: events, closings, game nights. Inside, kids, parents and substitutes all need to find the right classroom.
We built the monument sign for Kiddie Academy, storefront graphics for Kids R Kids, and hallway history displays for Knightdale High School. From the entrance sign to classroom signs with Braille, we design, permit, build and install each piece. Directors and principals get one contact for the whole job, and drawings they can share with owners, parents or the school board before anything is built.
What schools and daycares usually need
Entrance monument
A sign at the driveway that parents spot from the road and that looks right next to the building.
LED message board
Post open houses, early dismissals, events and enrollment dates without changing letters by hand.
Classroom and ADA signs
Room numbers and names, offices and restrooms with raised text and Braille, mounted at the right height.

Hallway displays and wall graphics
History walls, mascots and directional graphics that help people find their way and show school pride.

Storefront and window graphics
For daycares in shopping centers: your name, hours and a bright look on the glass.
Banners and pole banners
Enrollment, open house, athletics and celebration banners, indoors or on campus light poles.

School and daycare sign questions
Do classroom signs need Braille?
Yes. Signs for permanent rooms like classrooms, offices and restrooms need raised text and Grade 2 Braille under the ADA. Hallway displays and directional signs do not.
Can you install during summer or school breaks?
Yes. Many schools prefer it, and we plan the schedule with you so the work is done before students return.
Our daycare is in a shopping center. What signs can we have?
Usually lit letters or a cabinet on the storefront, window graphics and a panel on the center sign, all within the landlord sign rules. We get the approvals and the permit.
Are LED message boards allowed at schools?
In many places, yes, with limits on brightness and how often the message changes. We check your town rules before design.
How much does a school monument sign cost?
A simple post and panel sign can start around $1,500. A custom stone or brick monument with lighting usually runs $5,000 to $25,000 or more. We give you a free quote after a site visit.
What areas do you serve?
